OMISSIONS FROM THE MANUAL
-------------------------
The manual does not state that System Configuration Editor can accept
a command line. The syntax is:

[start] CSED [file1] [file2]

[file1] is the name of the CONFIG.SYS file to edit. [file2] is the
name of the AUTOEXEC.BAT file to edit. If you do not specify
a CONFIG.SYS file, you cannot specify an AUTOEXEC.BAT file, either.
CSED always interprets the first filename specified on the command line
to be a CONFIG.SYS file. If a CONFIG.SYS file is specified, but no
AUTOEXEC.BAT is specified, the AUTOEXEC.BAT file specified in the
"User Settings" page will be used. When CSED exits, the CONFIG.SYS
file specified at the command line will be saved to the CSED.INI file.
