WPATCH - Patch Web Explorer to display KOI-8 documents

     ᪨ -     ᫮.

This program will patch WE translation tables
for KOI-8 support. If any previous national
support patch was applied to WE it will be lost.

To patch your copy of WE do the following:

1) Create a separate directory and copy wpatch.exe into it;

2) If you have WE version prior to 0814 beta,
   copy the file explore.exe  from \tcpip\bin to the newly created directory;
   if you have v0814 or newer - copy WEBEXWIN.DLL from \tcpip\dll to the
   directory;

3) Execute wpatch.exe on the copied file like this:
	wpatch explore.exe
	  or
	wpatch webexwin.dll

   The program should report that it has found table#1 and table#2;

4) Try the patch - from the same directory run explore.exe from command line
	(i.e) start explore
	(this will work even if you copied the dll file)
	See if you can read KOI-8 pages and if the WE is functioning;

5) If everything went ok, just copy the patched file back to original location.

NOTE: It is recommended to make a backup copy of the original
	files before proceeding with this patch.
